AAD is excited to announce that we have now integrated with Xero! This means that our clients can now automatically send their invoices to Xero, making it easier and faster to keep on top of their finances.
The integration is simple to set up and only takes a few minutes.

The AAD Xero integration is used for sending invoice data only from your AAD account to Xero.
Getting Started
To get started, just log into your AAD account and go to the 'Accounts' page. From there, Select 'Connect to Xero'.
Configruation Steps
From the configruation page, populte the below settings
- Enter the name used in your Xero company for your AAD supplier record, then select the record once found.
- Select the relevant Invoice Account/Expense Code you use in Xero
- Select the Credit Account/Expense Code you use in Xero
- Select the Rounding Account Code you use in Xero
- Click Save Configuration to confirm
After configuration is complete you should see two ticks against the configuration options.
Using the AAD Xero Integration
Once the integration is configured you are ready to now sync invoices from AAD to Xero. To sync an invoice to Xero:
- From your AAD account’s invoice ledger in SAL, find the invoice you want to send to Xero
- Click the Xero button to send the invoice directly to your Xero company
